1. Class Attendance

Students must arrive on time for their classes. If late without a valid reason, the missed time will not be made up.

To ensure smooth operation of the classroom, please do not change class times arbitrarily.

3. Holiday and Emergency Arrangements

• • The center will be closed on public holidays (except Sundays), special holidays, and designated rest days.
  • In the event of emergencies such as epidemics or natural disasters, the center will make learning arrangements based on the situation at that time.
  • Arrangements for heavy rain and tropical cyclone warning signals will follow the guidelines as shown in the accompanying chart:

4. Tuition Fees and Refund Policies

1. • If a student attends one class, the full monthly tuition fee must be paid.
   • Before enrolling, students should be clear about the course and class schedule. After paying the tuition fee, requests for class transfers or refunds without valid reasons will not be accepted.
   • If the center is closed or discontinued due to force majeure, no tuition fees will be refunded.
   • Force majeure refers to unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond the center's control, including but not limited to earthquakes, tsunamis, wars, and social unrest.
